Project Description – 5 Layers rounder display

Material chosen – sheet metal, tube, wire

Features –

1. Aesthetics overview;
2. Shelves space can be adjusted;
3. 3.Stablebase;
4. Heavy duty load on each shelf.

Challenge & Solution –

1. Challenge: K/D and stable for whole display

Solution:  Use 2” Dia post, special design to secure each shelf; Heavy duty base to keep the high display stable.

2. Challenge: Shelf adjustable

Solution: Through holes on post at 1” space, design a collar welded on to shelf to make it freely slide on post.

We started this project from a photo client provided with only less details. We are happy the factory can work it out with perfect design, it’s really IMPRESSIVE!
