Material chosen – Pine wood with paint, Extruded PC Lens, Low profile LED strip, power supply, Expanded PVC
Features –
- Lightversion and Large size 51”x51”;
- Create a special and beautiful decor;
- 3. Warmatmosphere, adjustable lightness;
- Changeable graphic inside frame;
- Two option to fix frame: A. Hanging from ceiling; B. Mounted on the wall.
Challenge & Solution –
- Challenge: Light version and low profile needed.
Solution: Reduced frame to 3/4” profile, customized narrow 8mm wide LED strip and low profile LED lens, use pine wood to reduce weight.
- Challenge: Due to low profile, lens is easy to come off.
Solution: Creative new groove structure and customized special router to process production.
